As we discussed at the first of the year in this post, 2014 is about change for the better and healthier. Slowing down and living a simpler life. We have started this in our backyard - the urban farm is underway. The girls (Chicken, Nugget, Strawbeddy, and Carrot) are laying away, the composter is getting filled daily, and the rain barrel runneth over ;) We have more eggs than we will know what to do with in a few weeks but we are loving it. We are happy little farmers and the animals agree ;)
I never thought I'd grow to love specific chickens and yet yours are adorbs! I can't wait to see how the composting goes. XO
