A few years ago an elderly couple that lived near us gave us their old hi-fi. It was perfect for us because it was small and could fit in our historic home. The only problem with it was it didn't work and to make the existing components work would require more effort than it was worth. So instead, we headed off to Sweet Melissa Records to begin the revamp of this perfect little piece. All it took was some vision, paint, metal sheets, burlap, a new turntable and some new speakers and now we have a unique, functioning antique that matches our style and love of vinyl!! - it has been known to inspire a dance party of two;)
